Nope! (Super)Natural doesn’t have a minimum order quantity of value when you purchase from our website, so you can rest easy shopping your favorite natural wines knowing we’ll fulfill your orders regardless of the number of items in your cart or the total price. However, we do have corresponding delivery fees depending on how quickly you need your order.

By default, it takes up to one (1) working day for your (Super)Natural order to arrive at your Metro Manila address. But if you need your wines sooner, we also offer a same-day delivery service on weekdays for orders placed on our website before 2 PM.

Our standard delivery fee in Metro Manila is P150, while our same-day delivery rate (also within Metro Manila) is P175. 

Unfortunately, we currently only deliver natural wines in Metro Manila—for consumer purchases anyway. If you are a business or are holding a special event, we can coordinate with you and discuss possible arrangements—please contact us via our website or via email at cheers@supernaturalwine.ph.

We have plenty of online payment options available for our customers upon checkout. This includes credit and debit cards (both Mastercard and Visa), as well as e-wallets (GCash, GrabPay, and Maya) and online banking options for BPI, UnionBank, and GoTyme.

Please take note that for bank transfers, we will only process orders once proof of payment has been sent and the amount has been properly reflected in our accounts.

Sorry! We don’t accept cash on delivery. You’ll need to make your purchase using the online payment options listed above before we send your order out for delivery.

Yes, we do! When our natural wines are on sale, the adjusted prices are automatically reflected on the website without the need for plugging in a discount code before checkout. We also have a special welcome discount of P500 for your first purchase when you sign up to our newsletter.
