The Ganevat family has farmed vines in southern Jura, France, in the town of La Combe since 1650. 14 (!!) generations later, Jean-François Ganevat has put his family’s estate on the world stage of natural wine, creating a stunning amount of wines per year that find themselves on the wine lists of some of the finest establishments in the world.
