Literally “all easy!” in French, Fabrice Dodane’s Tout Facile definitely lives up to its name. This is a lovely light red that goes extremely juicy with its blend of spontaneously fermented Clairette, Grenache Noir, and Syrah. Think red berries and cotton candy with a hint of zesty citrus and a subtle Jura-typical minerality. It has a fantastic acidity that makes it especially food-friendly—bring this one (especially the magnum) to a dinner with good friends!

Behind the Bottle
His wines are frank and authentic, expressing their terroir and the fruit. After working at the Pupillin cooperative, Fabrice Dodane first got involved, in 1989, in the Domaine de Saint-Pierre a few kilometers from Arbois, before taking over the domain in 2011. The vineyard then increased to 6 hectares and was converted to organic farming.
