Pierre Frick
Pinot Noir Fischbach 2021
Alsatian Pinot Noir doesn’t get the attention it deserves, and this stunner is proof. A careful balancing act between classic and playful, expect lots of juicy red berries on impact followed by spicy notes owed to 15 days of maceration and six months of aging in a 100-year-old oak barrel. A surprising amount of tannin for Pinot Noir, but the expected bright acidity!
