Unfined and unfiltered, it lives up to its name: a summery refresher with a medium body jumping with flavors of zingy fresh citrus and apricots! This wine comes from hand-harvested Macabeo and Muscat of Alexandria, spending a week on their skins before fermenting in fiberglass tanks. That’s the level of detail you expect from makers Dido and Jurriaan Morsink, who’ve traveled the world making wine under highly-regarded producers like Escoda Sanahuja and Tom Shobbrook.

Behind the Bottle
Having been all around the world to make wine under some highly regarded producers (for example Escoda Sanahuja and Tom Shobbrook), the couple finally settled in Alt-Empordà, Spain. After producing their first wines under the Vinyes Tortuga label, in 2020 they purchased a 1960s collective building in Rabós, which became the home of Fruita Analogica - a winery, restaurant, and soon-to-be accommodations as well - making it a destination for natural wine lovers.
