Sylvie Augereau
Les Manquants 2018
Deep red wine layered with dark fruits, minerals, and some spices. Strong polished tannins blend with controlled acidity and fleshy structure to show balance and precision from Sylvie Augereau. Equally at place in the finest restaurants in the world as on your dinner table. We’re not sure if one can be sexually attracted to a wine, but at least one member of our team (probably) is.

Behind the Bottle
Producing only 3000 bottles a year on her 1.5 hectares, Sylvie is all natural and biodynamic in both the cellar and vineyards — even expressing certain grapes in clay amphorae and Qvevri, following ancestral principles.
As a scholar and lover of natural wine, she knows exactly what she wants to make as a producer, and does it with skill, precision, and respect for her land and all who came before. She’s quickly become a natural wine icon in her own right.
