La Sorga
Jackie VDF 2021
A bone dry, and energetic Pet Nat that does his own stunts. With white florals on the nose, and white fruit on the palate, this wine is meant to be drunk with anyone, at any time. A lively bouquet of bubbles coupled with a fruit forward palate lead to a particularly pleasing bottle fitting for a night on the town, pregame with friends, or a fancy dinner.

Behind the Bottle
Working only with organic and biodynamic growers, he meticulously crafts his zero-zero wines in the Languedoc. In 2013, he bought a few small vines of his own free of pesticides and chemicals. He continues to craft his lively natural wines with an uncontainable energy.
