A medium to light orange wine with a bit of a "fiery" quality. Fresh and spicy with a long and slightly bitter finish. Low tannins, and low complexity make it an easy to drink wine, easy to pair with almost anything.

One of the most emblematic natural winemakers in the Post-Millenial era, Anthony Tortul started Domaine La Sorga in the Languedoc in 2008. After learning winemaking in different vineyards in the south of France for 6 years, he decided to set up his own négociant business, selecting exceptional and isolated terroirs in Southern France.

Working only with organic and biodynamic growers, he meticulously crafts his zero-zero wines in the Languedoc. In 2013, he bought a few small vines of his own free of pesticides and chemicals. He continues to craft his lively natural wines with an uncontainable energy.
