It opens with a bang (gunpowder notes), before making way to mouthwatering acidity, a fuller body, and the region’s signature minerality. An imposing, good-natured figure in Arbois, bon-vivant vigneron Fabrice Dodane has raised his Saint-Pierre estate to the very heights of Jura winemaking.

Behind the Bottle
His wines are frank and authentic, expressing their terroir and the fruit. After working at the Pupillin cooperative, Fabrice Dodane first got involved, in 1989, in the Domaine de Saint-Pierre a few kilometers from Arbois, before taking over the domain in 2011. The vineyard then increased to 6 hectares and was converted to organic farming.
