Made from 100% Pinot Gris, the juice sees skin contact of just over a week before aging in old oak barrels. Salmon colored, dry, balanced, and rendered svelte by pad filtration— this bottle shows balance of purity with Pierre Frick’s trademark precision and elegance that is rare in its genre. Aromatic with good body and a lingering mineral bitter finish.

At the forefront of the natural wine movement is Jean-Pierre Frick. He’s been practicing organics and biodynamics in his family’s vineyards since 1981. A living legend who has inspired natural winemakers the world over with his skin contact wines that are full of grace, poise, and elegance. With 12 hectares of vineyards scattered around Alsace, and many of them grand cru, he’s brought much justification and clout to the world of natural wine.
