Pierre Frick
Carriere Riesling Maceration 2018
A dry, orange wine with sweet, fruity aromas from 100% Riesling. 7 day contact on the skins gives this wine its medium body, aroma, and texture, while pad filtration gives it a delicate touch. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, and hyper aromatic on the nose, with good acidity balanced with some tannins from the skin contact. A crowd favorite thats a lot more versatile with food than most may think.
