Noumin Dry 2020 by Coco Farm & Winery

A "heartier-than-usual" white blend of mostly Müller Thurgau. Fairly rich in texture, hyper aromatic, with a medium plus body and decent acidity. This particular wine is closer in style to a Loire valley Chenin Blanc but with something else that you can't quite put your finger on. Best with simmered pork, fatty sushi, and kisu tempura.

Noumin Rosso 2022 by Coco Farm & Winery

A rich, elegant, fruit forward red wine with a backbone made with a traditional mix of Bordeaux grapes. It's plush tannins are balanced with some floral aromas and a soft palate. Think a super aromatic Bordeaux in style minus the pencil shavings. Best with roast chicken, grilled pork, smash burgers, and sausages.
