Chardonnay Longefin 2019 by Diddier Grappe

A 100% Chardonnay made by grapes from a single plot in Jura, France. The initial acid on the palate is balanced by a long mineral finish and medium body with some funky wet grass and orange peel. Best with aged Comté cheese, cured meats, summer salads.

Cuvée Larmande 2018 by Le Mazel

Hand harvested organic Syrah with a fruit focused palate and some deep balsamic notes. Complex but enjoyable, made with love and the signature Le Mazel authenticity. From one of the godfathers of natural wine in the Rhône Valley. Best with lean steaks, braised lamb, cured meats, medium aged cheeses.
